Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few additional days. You will receive an email notification with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order at any time via our tracking page or the carrier's website. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update after shipment.

Luneastrasock ships worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. Lost or Stolen Packages

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Luneastrasock is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@luneastrasock.com — we will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes after the order has been processed.
